Install Konica Minolta Multifunction copier systems for Printing and Scaning (where requested). Train on how to scan from the Konica Minolta copier systems. Install and support Windows 2003/2008 servers and Windows XP/Vista client computers. Support existing infrastructure and upgrade where necessary. Proficient use of Windows XP / Vista trouble shooting as well as Windows 2003/2008 Servers. Inter-office device and system support. Troubleshoot customer PC's and servers and support where necessary.

Open contract with the Experts Group staffing agency.

Provide support for campus network environment. Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot Cisco switches. Support employee moves, adds, and changes which entails checking physical connections from baluns to wiring closets, switch port configurations, and VLAN changes on switches as necessary. Support incidents involving network capabilities, including but not limited to; triage on the problem, identifying the issues and correcting them. Train with Cisco IOS configurations for 2950, 2960, 3750, 3550 and 4507 platforms. Document resolutions and trouble tickets through Remedy, Visio, and Excel.

Train field network engineers on proper installation and site survey methodology. Perform Site Surveys and design a Network customized to the customers needs. Including but not limited to: Wireless Testing; Cable Path Planning; Port Mapping; building from Bandwidth requirements; build Bill Of Materials for initial Sales proposal. Install and configure Cisco Catalyst 2950, 2960, 3560 & 3750 switches, Cisco Aironet 1121, 1130, 1230 & 1240 series access points and Cisco 2800 series routers (where needed). Design IP address scheme relevant to size of network. Terminate and test CAT5 and LMR coaxial cabling throughout the site. Install, configure and test Cisco Access Points, Cisco Switches, Cisco Routers (where needed) & DSL modems. Work with existing RF engineering to optimize the signal through out the site. Make sure all nodes in network are reachable remotely for management. Document and diagram the network for support. Work with resellers of StayOnline equipment as a Channel Partner Engineer to remotely support and troubleshoot installations to minimize the need for an on site technician.

Business Sales:
Focus: Small Office Home Office Business to Medium Business. Provide reoccurring sales through follow up communication and up-sale recommendations based on customer purchasing trends.

Merchandising:
Focus: Maintain full stock of products as well as customer support. Provide service to customers both through maintaining accurate stock and shelf tags as well as answers to various technical questions.

Lead Cashier:
Provide rapid purchasing/ returning with support for co-cashiers. Answering technical questions for both customers and coworkers. Responsible for counting monies and recording deposits of said monies.

Retail Sales:
Focus: Printers, PDA's, Cell Phones, Accessories, Games and Software. Provide customer service by answering patrons' questions as well as selling products.

Supervisor:
Responsible for 10-12 employees to guarantee quality and productivity. Assisted the Hub Manager with the daily operations including package flow, sorting, hazardous material packaging and special needs.

Responsible for double checking the accuracy of the sorter to minimize mis-shipped packages.
